Returns Policy

At Framesfoundry, we want you to have the best shopping experience when buying your favourite pair of glasses. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns up to 60 days from the date of delivery. Please make sure that you return the glasses or sunglasses in their new unworn condition alongwith the complimentary case to us for a full refund or exchange. To initiate the return, simply send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you.

How do I return or exchange the glasses?

Returning the glasses to us is easy. Simply get in touch with us within 60 days of the original delivery date.  The glasses MUST be in their original condition with all the accessories included in your package.  You may be charged for any unreturned items if not. To return the glasses to us, please use a signed and tracked shipping service and make sure that the glasses are well protected in the packaging. I am afraid, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during the shipment.

Please note that we do not offer free returns service. The reason for this is a significant rise in the delivery and return costs. Therefore, you must return the glasses back to us at your own costs.

What will be refunded to me?

If the frame is in it's original condition, you will receive full refund for the frame. However, the cost of lenses or additional coatings will not be refunded. The reason for this is that this is a customised item and lenses are prepared specifically to your prescription. Hence the lenses cannot be resold and go to waste.

When will I get my refund?

Once we have received the glasses, our customer services team will process your refund and the money will be refunded to your chosen payment method within 1 to 2 weeks.

What if there is a fault with my glasses?

If you find a fault with the frame or there is an issue with the prescription lenses, do not worry as we will replace the lenses complete free of charge as long as you get in touch with us within 30 days of the delivery date. 

How do I return the glasses if I am outside UK?

We offer full refund or exchange if you are not happy with the glasses and get in touch with us within 30 days of the delivery. Currently, we do not offer free returns to anyone outside the UK. To return the glasses to us, please use a signed and tracked shipping service and make sure that the glasses are well protected in the packaging. I am afraid, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during the shipment.

What if my glasses need adjusting after I receive them?

If the glasses need adjustment at all, simply get in touch with our customer service and we will be happy to help you. We can guide you if you can adjust the glasses yourself. Otherwise, you can send the glasses back to us and we can adjust them and have them returned to you within a few days.
